To provide our services, our clients have to provide us with non public and sensitive personal information. We understand the sensitivity of this information and have taken steps to protect our clients.

Our Practices Regarding The Confidentiality and Security of Consumer and Customer Information

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about our current or former customers and consumers to those authorized individuals who need to know that information in order to provide them with products or services. We also require outside companies and independent contractors who provide services on our behalf or with whom we have entered a joint marketing agreement to enter into agreements that protect the confidentiality of any customer information we provide and restrict the use of such information to those purposes. Finally, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard customers' and consumers' nonpublic personal information.

JAT Consulting Services takes the following steps to respect clients' and guests' privacy while collecting data:

• JAT Consulting Services makes no client or guest data available to third parties. We do not sell lists, accept advertising, or generate any third-party revenue from the data that are generated on this site. We do not share any individual's data from any client or guest with other clients.
• JAT Consulting Services  regularly analyzes data pertaining to industry trends and research consumption in order to improve our research, plan site enhancements, and measure overall consulting effectiveness. We consider such data to be confidential information. We will not sell or share any individual's data with clients or interested third parties.
• In cases in which JAT Consulting Services collects data through a survey, it may periodically share data analysis with JAT Consulting Services  clients. However, no individual names, company names, or locations shall be disclosed.

·            All JAT Consulting Services employees receive copies of this Privacy Policy as part of employee training. JAT Consulting Services management considers violation of client confidentiality to be a serious infringement of JAT Consulting Services policies.
